Before the vertical injection molding machine is working, it is necessary to debug the vertical injection molding machine to the best condition so that it can be produced more quickly and stably. So how to debug the performance of the vertical injection molding machine?
(1) Check the hydraulic oil in the pressure tank of the vertical injection molding machine and the oil level in the oiler, to ensure that the supply of hydraulic oil and lubricating oil is sufficient, and also pay attention to the model of the oil to meet the requirements of the specification.

(2) Turn on the main power, turn on the main switch on the control box, and set the operation mode selector switch to jog or manual. First click on the injection molding machine to check if the oil pump is running in the right direction.

(3) The machine start should be carried out without pressure in the hydraulic system. When starting, adjust the hydraulic system pressure to normal pressure.

(4) After the hydraulic pump is working, open the oil cooler cooling water valve to cool the return oil to prevent the oil temperature from being too high.

(5) After the hydraulic pump is working for a short time, close the safety door and close the mold manually, and open the pressure gauge to see if the pressure rises.

(6) When empty, manually operate the machine for several times to observe whether the safety door, indicator light and various valves are correct and sensitive.

(7) Check whether the relay, limit switch, counting device and total stop button work are normal, reliable and sensitive.
