Vertical injection molding machine melting glue screw sound how to deal with?

Processing method of screw sound in glue melting of vertical injection molding machine:

1) : improper transmission shaft installation. Separate screw rotation check whether there is sound, if there is, remove the plane bearing. Reassemble.

2) : plane bearing is broken. Separate the screw rod and check the rotating part for noise. Replace the plane bearing.

3) : screw bending. Remove the screw and check. Replace the screw.

4) : the screw has iron filings. Disassemble the screw and check. Clean the screw.

5) : check the coaxiality of the adjusting screw with the dial gauge. About 0.05mm pulsation is normal.
