Operation procedure of vertical injection molding machine

Vertical injection molding machine is one of the common equipment of injection molding machine, which is usually composed of injection system, mould closing system, hydraulic transmission system, electrical control system, lubrication system, heating and cooling system, safety monitoring system, etc. However, in the use of vertical injection molding machine, vertical injection molding machine operation needs to be carried out step by step in accordance with the provisions. The operating procedures of vertical injection molding machine are as follows:

I. preparation

1. Check whether all parts of the machine and electrical control box are in good condition.

2. Check the oil level of the hydraulic oil, check whether the oil is sufficient, start the motor to observe whether the axial plunger valve oil is normal.

3. Open the cooling water valve and switch on the cooling water.

Second, the operating

1. Mold mounting: push the mold shifting mechanism to the highest position, install the plastic mold on the moving template, unscrew the fixed template, correct the upper mold and fixed template of the plastic mold and tighten the screw, fasten the lower mold of the plastic mold on the moving template, run the mold shifting mechanism and check whether the mold position is correct.

2. Cylinder heating: switch on the electric heating switch of the electrical control box, add plastic into the cylinder, fully heat the plastic to melt.

3. Injection operation: turn on the solenoid valve 8 to make the mold shifting mechanism rise and close with the plastic mold; turn on the solenoid valve 6 to press the injection plunger into the material cylinder for injection. After the injection is completed, connect the solenoid valve (6) to push the injection plunger out of the cylinder, and connect the solenoid valve (8) to lower the mold shifting mechanism, and then open and demolding the plastic mold.

Three, maintenance and maintenance

1, check the hydraulic oil storage is sufficient, insufficient should be timely supplement, oil should always keep clean.

2. Lubricate and lubricate regularly according to regulations, and clean the filter regularly. Keep the machine clean and do not let dirt into the oil tank.

3, regularly check the electrical parts, remove dirt, oil and dust, keep the electrical contact clean, often remove dirt and dust on the joint.
