Pressure maintenance is to supplement the molten material with a certain pressure, and the product is dense. When holding pressure, the screw has a small amount of forward movement due to shrinkage. 4. Product cooling and premolding: when the molten material injected into the mold cavity loses the possibility of reflux from the gate, the pressure maintaining can be removed to make the product cool and shaped. At this time, the screw rotates under the drive of the hydraulic motor, and the granular plastic from the hopper moves forward along the screw groove with the help of the transmission effect of the rotating screw. In the process of plastic movement, due to the external heating and the screw shear effect of intense internal friction, the temperature increases evenly, and eventually gradually softened into a molten viscous flow state, and constantly transported to the front end of the cylinder. As the screw head molten material pressure, so that the screw back, when back to the metering value, the screw stopped rotating, ready for the next injection.
