How to adjust the injection molding machine
1, install the mold

G, the stop mold is installed on the board;
H, the mode and mold speed and pressure adjustment between 30-50% (too high);

M, stop adjusting the position of the thimble before the end position, so that the thimble position is in the ejector needle stroke, the thimble stroke is shortened, the speed is increased, and the ejector speed is too high;
2, clamping force adjustment
