Structural functions of various parts of vertical injection molding machine

(1) Needle system The role of the injection system: The injection system is one of the most important components of the injection molding machine. Generally, there are three main methods of plunger type, screw type and screw pre-plastic plunger type. The most widely used is the screw type. The function is to inject a molten plastic into the mold cavity through a screw at a certain pressure and speed in a cycle of the injection molding machine after a certain amount of plastic is heated and plasticized at a regular time. (2) The function of the clamping system clamping system: The function of the clamping system is to ensure that the mold is closed, opened and ejected. Together, after the mold is closed, sufficient mold clamping force is supplied to the mold to resist the pressure of the molten cavity entering the cavity of the cavity, thereby avoiding the opening of the mold and causing a bad condition of the product. The composition of the clamping system: The clamping system is mainly composed of clamping equipment, mold adjustment organization, ejection organization, front and rear fixed template, moving template, clamping cylinder and safety protection organization. (3) Hydraulic system The function of the hydraulic transmission system is to complete the various types of motion supply required by the injection molding machine according to the process, and to satisfy the requirements of pressure, speed and temperature required for each part of the injection molding machine. It consists primarily of hydraulic components and hydraulic auxiliary components, with the oil pump and motor being the power source of the injection molding machine. Various valves control the oil pressure and flow to satisfy the requirements of the injection molding process. (4) Electrical control system The electrical control system and the hydraulic system work reasonably to complete the process requirements (pressure, temperature, speed, time) of the injection machine and various program actions. It is mainly composed of electrical appliances, electronic components, appearance, heaters, sensors, and the like. There are generally four control methods, manual, semi-automatic, fully automatic, and adjustment. (5) Heating/Cooling System The heating system is used to heat the barrel and the injection nozzle. The barrel of the injection molding machine is generally used as a heating device, installed outside the barrel, and detected by a thermocouple. The heat is supplied to the material plasticization heat source through the heat conduction of the cylinder wall; the cooling system is mainly used to cool the oil temperature, and the oil temperature is too high, which may cause various defects, so the oil temperature must be manipulated. Another location where cooling is required is located near the feed opening of the feed pipe to prevent the material from melting at the discharge opening, resulting in the material not being properly cut. (6) Lubrication system Lubrication system is a circuit that supplies lubrication conditions to the moving parts of the injection molding machine, such as moving platen, mold adjustment equipment, and connecting rod hinges, so as to reduce energy consumption and improve the life of parts. Lubrication can be punctual. Manual lubrication, but also automatic electric lubrication
